Led the design and implementation of an enterprise Terraform adoption strategy across Azure and GitHub. As a key member of the Data Platform SRE team, I lead cloud infrastructure initiatives across the Azure ecosystem, leveraging advanced Terraform automation, Databricks integrations, and secure deployment pipelines, my work crossfunctionally with Architecture, Product, Engineering, and IT teams to drive cloud transformation and modernization initiatives across the enterprise. Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and self-healing systems on the Azure platform. Own and develop DevOps automation pipelines using Terraform (repos, approvals, deployments). Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and ARM templates. Oversee and manage deployments across environments, ensuring quality and security. Integrate Databricks with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and other business platforms. Implement and automate cloud security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation. Manage security vulnerability remediation processes and patching strategy. Perform platform cost analysis and optimization. Define and deliver CI/CD pipelines and promote DevOps best practices. -Responsible for Azure Tech Debt reviews applying new release and fix.

-Migration of 80 Azure DevOps Pipelines using local Terraform modules to Remote Terraform Modules.

-Migration of classic Pipelines to YAML in Azure DevOps, for a big Entertainment Client with over 350 Pipelines.

-Migration of 100 IIS applications and Services from a Private Cloud to Microsoft Azure, using Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, and Gitlab.

-Creating and maintaining pipelines on Jenkins and GitLab deploying infrastructure on Azure and AWS, Terraform, using Octopus to deliver CI/CD deployments for an AWS migration. Using Agile methodology to manage the project and deliver on time.

-Creation and deployment of an Angular App using Jenkins and Terraform into Azure.

Working alongside the Product Owner and Program Managers to build, test, and deliver new products according to go-to-market strategies, I have the technical responsibility on top of the Cloud and Data center architecture and delivery on the Service Platforms Team. Working as a Site Reliability Engineer to build and maintain the Azure and AWS environment, bringing new technologies and working closely with the Developers and Deployment team to secure stability and compliance of the Cloud Environments. Planned, scheduled, and coordinated business application installations and upgrades during off-peak hours to prevent service disruptions. Recommended, designed, and implemented cloud-based systems that augmented on-premise solutions. Set up and administered Azure SQL databases and Windows and Linux operating systems on virtual and bare-metal infrastructure. Drafted, tested, and implemented infrastructure-as-code templates that enabled deployment automation, resource reusability, and repeatable deployments.

-Integration between Site24x7 and Desktop Central with Powershell Scripts and Azure Pipelines, to automate the creation of maintenance windows and decrease the amount of alerts generated to the monitoring team. With this automation, we achieved a 100% decrease in the alerts.

-Automation with Powershell and Azure Automation account to create and manage the deployment of Azure Virtual Desktop for a client, with this automation we decrease the time of the maintenance window from 3 hours to 40 minutes.

Working as Technical Account Manager onboarding new customers in Latam and North America presenting all managed services processes like Monitoring, Patching, Backup, and Anti-Malware, preparing all accounts and subscriptions to be ready to be managed by SoftwareONE, and being the Technical point of contact for Managed Cloud Compute customers. Provision Antivirus Trend Micro Installation on Azure VMs. Provision Commvault agent and prepare backup policies alongside the backup team. Layer 2/3 Support to Latam customers on Azure Cloud. Responsible for the patching process in Latam and North America working with the team based in India managing the patching for Azure and AWS cloud servers for customers using the Desktop Central MSP tool for managing Linux and Windows updates. Owner of the Reporting process, being responsible for creating a workflow to deliver Managed Cloud Compute reports for global customers on their teams channel, using Microsoft Flow, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook.
